Remember "Orville"? The green duck who wished he could fly? Well here we have a budding little caterpillar who is merrily chomping on his mulberry leaves watching insects, birds and even an helicopter as he enthusiastically awaits the day he sprouts his own wings. He's not the most patient of fellows, though, and when some kids turn up to play badminton he hides inside the shuttlecock. Wise move? Well just think how your stomach might feel if you'd been repeatedly thwacked backwards and forwards through the air whilst spinning around? Hmmm! By the time he does get his wings, he may well just want to stay on Terra Firma? This is quite a fun (very) short feature presented in a sketch style that carries clear messages about impatience and being careful what you wish for, all cheerily disguised in a Disney-light comedic style. Good fun.
